Using PlayPress is not really that complicated, relying mainly on a simple shortcode to allow users to insert an audio player within their site.

Using the [audio] shortcode, WordPress editors can upload and embed songs and other audio files in their posts and pages.

If the uploaded file is MP3 a very light Flash player is used. If the file is OGG, then the native HTML5 player is used instead.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
